How this version works
Each player privately shuffles and locks a fleet, then gets two views on every turn: your own waters with incoming shots, and a separate target grid. Fire once, then pass the device behind the privacy screen.
Two hidden fleets, sixty-four squares, and the dangerous confidence of calling B4.
Shuffle until you like the layout. The other player will never see this screen.
Each player privately shuffles and locks a fleet, then gets two views on every turn: your own waters with incoming shots, and a separate target grid. Fire once, then pass the device behind the privacy screen.
On paper, each player secretly draws ships onto a coordinate grid and keeps a second grid for shots. The printable version gives you both grids.
Instead of firing at random, leave gaps between early shots. Once you find a hit, search adjacent squares until the ship is sunk.
A little more
Each player has private waters and a separate target grid. The pass screen hides the board between turns, so two people can play on one phone or tablet without seeing the other fleet.
